1.Tomato


It is well known vegetable that we eat. Tomato rich products may help to reduce the risk of pancreatic cancer, tomatoes are also powerfull blood purifier and clear up urinary tract infection. They are high source of vitamin C and vitamin A which improves eye sight. They have high concentration of fibres, that's why it is freely used by weight watchers.

2.Orange

Oranges  are an excellent source of vitamin C and vitamin C12 is very helpful in reducing the risk of colon cancer. Oranges are good for preventing colds and prevents recurrent infections.antioxidants in orange hair to protect skin from free radical damage known to cause of signing of aging.

3. SPINACH


Spinach is well known green leafy vegetable.Like other dark greens, spinach is an excellent source of beta-carotene which is is a powerful disease fighting antioxidant it helps in reducing the risk of developing cataracts and fights against infections. Spinach acid contain lipoic acid which helps for regulating blood sugar levels, Spinach is also a rich source of vitamin k which leads to a better nervous system and healthy brain function.

Who don't know about watermelons.It is the one of the most popular fruits. They are the best thirst quenchers, good for diseases like:- Colon cancer and Diabetes too. It also helps in reducing weight, maintaing the eye health. It contains a good amount of vitamins and also helps the body in insulin secretion.

5. LEMON

There is a lot of health benefits of lemon which include treatment of throat infection, indigestion, constipation,dental problems, fever, hair care, skin care. Lemon juice is a digestive aid and liver cleaner. Lemons have a high concentration of pectin fibre which helps to fight against hunger craving. Expert advises to start your day with drinking warm lemon water.

6. Carrot

Carrots are excellent for eye. Chewing a carrot kills all the harmful germs in the mouth, It cleans the teeth. Carrot is good for blood sugar circulation. Carrots are useful in the removal of worms from stomach of children. A decoction of carrot is useful in jaundice.

7. Beet Root

In india beetroot, often found as a component of salad ЁЯеЧ. It mainly falls in the group of vegetables. Beetroot is great for boosting stamina and making muscles much harder. Beetroot contains folic acid which is essential phone normal tissue growth.beetroots iron contents means it is good for those which suffering from anaemia. Its juice is also proven to have significant effects in improving the blood pressure in just a few hour.


8. Fig

This is a seasonal fruit which mainly grows in the season of summer. It has a numerous health benefits. Figs are a a great source of dietary fibre and makes you you feel satisfied. It is a great option for those who want to lose weight. The fibre content is also excellent for digestive system and helps relieve Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). They are excellent for building Red Blood Cells(RBCs).

9. Apple

ou have often listen a wonderful line that "An apple a day keeps the doctor away." It is not a simple line it has a vast meaning. This wonderful fruit is packed with rich phytonutrients. It helps to control insulin levels by releasing sugar slowly into the  bloodstream. Lowered the risk of of respiratory diseases like asthma, Apples strengthen the heart, quench thrist lubricate the lungs, decrease body fluids. Apple cider vinegar can help to prevent the formation of kidney stones.
